Questions
How is ReportDraft priced?
By industry. Each line of work has its own plan with the reports it needs, priced for how often that work happens. Starter plans include one report a month; Pro and Team include more. A plan covers every province or territory in Canada and never the other country.
How does the free trial work?
Starter plans begin with a 14-day trial. A card is required, but nothing is charged during the trial. The trial includes your first report and up to 5 template downloads; downloads become unlimited after your first payment. Your account page always shows the day the trial ends, and we also try to send a reminder email a few days before. If you do nothing, your plan starts at the price shown and renews until you cancel.
How do I cancel?
Online, from your account page, in a couple of clicks. No phone call. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.
What counts as a report?
One report you draft, however many times you edit it. Redrafting the same report does not use another one, and a draft that fails is never counted.
What if I run out?
Add extra reports to your plan at the price shown on each plan, or move up a tier from your account page. We never charge overage without asking.
Can I buy one document without a plan?
Yes, most documents can be bought once with no subscription. Templates and the monthly allowance come with a plan.
I work in more than one industry, or in both countries.

Is tax included?
Prices do not include GST, HST or PST. Any tax due is shown at checkout.
